Every Wednesday from 4 to 7pm beginning May 2 at Westwood Marina on Lake Washington. SUP board rentals $10 per half hour and includes a free beverage or ice cream treat of your choice!
The fastest growing water sport of stand up paddleboarding (SUP) is a fun, easy way to go play on the water. With a minimum of equipment, you can learn to paddle on lakes and rivers within minutes, no waves required. Paddleboarding offers an amazing full body workout and is becoming a favorite cross-training activity for all athletes.
